Unfortunately this story is old news that was only brought to our attention recently.

Chuck Smale, N7YLB, passed away on the 20th of June.  Chuck was a board member of SOARC and JARS.  According to Brian Fritsen KK7BF, Chuck was a good man who selflessly and quietly volunteered his time for many different causes.  Rest in peace Chuck.

So sorry to hear the news. I may not know Charles personally, but I think he was a good person based on the description posted here. I think it would be nice if you would get custom essay that would highlight the life of Charles.
